Absolutely. The goal of Christianity is peace of mind, and that's exactly what they get.
The goal of Judaism is peace on earth which requires a partnership with God and much effort on our part.
The Christian reward is eternal bliss. The Jew's reward is satisfaction from helping others and from obeying more than 200 of God's 613 commandments.
Christians are only required to believe what they're told. Jews are encouraged to study and to learn in order to reach our potential and to use that potential for helping others. Jews begin their study by learning God's holy language (Hebrew) before age 13.
For Jews, the world is a gift from God and it is our obligation to protect and nurture all of God's gifts.
Jews have freedom of choice. If my son were killed in an auto accident by a drunk driver, it would be because the drunk chose to drive while under the influence, not because God had chosen a time for his death.

I sure wish I could sit down with a cup of coffee and talk to you. My guess is that you are not a Christian, so the first thing I want to encourage you to do is to talk to one you respect and find out what it is that all of these questions and answers mean. I don't know if you know, but the religion of Christianity and being a Christian are not always interchangable. Anyone can claim to be a Christian, but only those called by God through the Holy Spirit to be in Christ are truly Christians. Many believe that by going to church and doing good things you will get into heaven. It really doesn't work that way. If you are saved, you will want to have the characteristics that are marked by being saved. You CAN do anything you would like to do, but the appeal just falls away. I would question if someone who is characterized by bad behavior was actually a Christian. So, to answer your question, I would say that those in the Christian Religion doesn't always get the best deal. No, because many will try to follow the Christian religion and not be Christians. So ultimately, they will spend eternity isolated in hell just like the other reprobate. I would not call that a good deal. Hope this helps.

I hear what you are saying. (No, I am not Christian, I am Spiritual I do not believe in religion.) But what is your point? I mean we all have a choice of what we want to believe. So if all of the above is appealing to you why don't you become a Christian?
#1- I totally believe in Karma. What goes around comes around.
#2- I don't know how they can all say that they are born sinful. Jesus died on the cross for the sins. (I don't believe in the word sin either.)
#3- I beleive that there is only one God
#4- NO, we are the image of him.
#5- God does speak directly to me. I don't need anyone to tell me what he is saying or get a message from someone else.
#6- Not always that way for me.
#7- I believe that all people go to heaven. and if they are on their death bed and they live I just figure they have more work to do here before departing.
#8- No, God owns it. I just get to live and learn here.
#9- Absolutely. All things were planned before we got here. It is like a contract you signed with him before you left to come into this lifetime.
So tell us what you beleive in..
God Bless

When the cross and resurrection of Jesus Christ means PAID IN FULL you no longer have to give back or have to work for your salvation, however you want to do everything for Him out of complete apprecition because He has done so much for you. If you still don't get it, read and believe the following
God's Gospel:
"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" Romans 3:23
"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 6:23
"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:9-10

When you put it this way it sure seems so. I think they really don't have it so great in the sense that they are constantly threatened with doom and eternal damnation if they don't do as the church says. It's constant fear that drives most of them.
