i play with my dog. that is the ONly thing that makes me feel better. I exercise, however, the good 'elevated' feeling that i have after exercising always wears away. so i play with my dog again :) i agree with that answerer who said "dogs are mans best friend". dont forget they're a woman's best friend too !!

Eat chocolate - its a mood enhancer!
Dont drink alcohol - its a depressant
Phone a friend - misery loves company
Go to bed - tomorrow is another day
Swear at someone - if they tell you to cheer up
Turn on the lights or go out in the sun - dull days cause depression!

I walk my lab , or just sit and scratch his ears.
He is a good companion,I have never heard a complaint and he seems genuinely happy to see me.
A dog is a mans best friend.
Or I go into my basement shop and just move stuff around clearing off the bench that seems to collect everything.

Going for a walk or any kind of excercise seems to boost my mood. Calling or visiting a friend. Spending time with my kids. Watching a funny movie.

Play my guitar, go for a run, take a nap. For the long term I always stay busy and try new things.

I scream lyrics as loud as I can. Try Turning up 'Riot'- 3 Days Grace wiked loud it always engerizes me. Which in turn makes me feel like I'm actually worth something

Go out excercise get all the negativity out of your body and you will feel alot better.

i go to the quietest place in the park. lie down on the benches and listen to music.

i just have a nice hot bath, and just think about life

take a walk or drive out with a friend

just drink a lot (when a family member dies)
