I used to serve Crodino, Ame and of course alcohol free beer. I really liked the Crodino and the Ame, not sure if they have those on your side of the ocean, because I live in the Netherlands. The alcohol free beers still taste like they are dripped through cardboard. Then there is a big variety of non alcoholic mixed drinks and fruit punches.
Yea, you can have a great time in a bar without getting drunk.

My favourite is tomato juice and a splash of soda, with Worster sauce. Sounds disgusting?
Then OJ with lemonade.
There are some tasty alcohol -free beers in UK.also.
