BUFFALO CHIPS

2 c. melted butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
4 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. rolled oats
2 c. Grapenuts flakes
1 c. coconut
1 c. finely chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Drop by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. The original recipe used an ice cream scoop so the cookies are really huge, really look like buffalo chips. Make 4 to 5 dozen. Delicious, moist, keep a long time. Make good "dunkers".
