plus i don't use itunes i use realplayer, is there something i hve to download maybe?

well you see video file format tht you use in windows is somewht different then wht you need for Ipod
Ipod takes 3gp,3gpp file format.They are more compresed then then files tht you use in usual computer.
like...... it would be like [VOB,avi,wmv,mov,asf..etc]&in your case its Vob
what you need to do is a proper converters...

on a Mac you could use HandBrake (http://handbrake.m0k.org/), a neat little free program that makes the whole conversion process really easy.
by the way, on any computer (PC or Mac), only iTunes can be used to transfer your video files to your iPod.

I THINK YOU NEED LIKE A IPOD DVD TO IPOD MOVIE CONVERTER COZ I HAVE A PSP AND MOST OF THE MOVIE FILES CAN'T BE PLAYED ON THE PSP SO I NEED A PSP MOVIE CORNVERTER
