Walk up to her while shes by herself, or call her on the phone and bring up the topic of homecoming. Ask her if she's going with anyone first. If she says no, then say "Would you like to go with me?"

Start a conversation with her, compliment her, then causually bring up the homecoming dance ask her if shes going if she says yes ask her is she has a date if she says maybe ask why and maybe she doesn't want to go if she doesn't have a date, if she doesn't have a date ask her before someone else does, this might be your only chance.............and remember be confindent and the worst thing she can say is no..........so you have a 50/50 chance. email me and tell me how it worked out princetongurl_22@yahoo.com

If you know her, strike up a conversation and bring up the subject. Then just ask if she'd like to go with you.
If you don't know her. Talk to ther a bit. Get her to laugh, then bring up the subject. Then ask.
Easy.
