well i was helping this guy who his classmates think i like to get into their lassroom ,but i was wearing a short skirt without any pocket. so i gave my wallet to him and opened the door ,and when we got in he didnt return my wallet and at the ack of their classroom was a small area witch no one could see u ,so he push me there one tred to k..s me but i stared kicking him .
when i managge to escape i went back to our dorm after launch
when i went back to get my stuff in their class room he said he was sorr y and that he had an head ache.

i dont believe him, that is rape because he tried to kiss you and he was holding you down with out your consent. i say report him.

No this is not rape in the sense of the word. rape is if sexual intercourse took place. it didn't i am presuming it was just a kiss as you say. you know these things happen hormones get the better of us and we get a bit carried away. he stopped however and he did have the decency to say he was sorry. his behavior was less than Honorable I agree, but you cant accuse him of rape no

That's not rape.
Rape means he actually forced you to have SEX with him. If he tried to have sex with you but didn't succeed then its called attempted rape.
But what he did wasn't really a crime but it is sexual harassment and he could get into trouble with the school.

no it's not rape but any unwanted sexual advances is sexual assault and it is a crime and he could go to gaol. no wonder he had a headache .he filling his pants worrying in case you make a complaint to police about him .tell him in no uncertain terms that if he tries it again you'll be at the police station so fast there will be sparks coming off your heels
