Today marches the first day of Ramadan, hope this will put an end or at least minimize the torture, hatred, suicide bombing and beheading in the middle east. Do you think it will happen?
Ramadan Kareem means a generous Ramadan.

Even if in the conflict in the Middle East the forces arraigned against each other are Christian and Muslim it is not a religious fight. It is more a fight against injustice heaped upon Iraq. After it was found and also admitted that Iraj had no secret weapons the attacking forces should have withdrawn after offering compensations and apologies. Perhaps the bitterness would not have disappeared but it could have lessened at least. Now Bush himself has admitted that Osama Bin Laden had no hand inthe incident on 9/11 his furthe avowel to capture him at any cost only further incites the fight providing a convenient proof that Muslms are the perpetrators. The Iraqis are people who are alive and kicking and must have been deeply hurt and inspite of themselves they must be indulging in the attacks. I personally wish there should be abatement of these attacks but am afraid that Ramadan will not make any appreciable difference in the ferocity.

Ramadaan Kareem to you! i would love if they would put aside the violence, it is haraam for the season of Ramadaan, but I think that some of these people claiming to be good, faithful Muslims don't care about that. Make no sense at a time of spiritual peace and reflection they will fast all day and kill during the day? That's really wrong! I pray that they will stop or at least slow down a little. Well have a great holiday Minsh'allah I will too.
