Because it is ingredient specific? Contrary to the answers you read here, blubber, seals and dried fish ect is only a small part of the Eskimo diet.

Probably because, whales... sea oxe... polar bears... seals... and just about everything else the Inuits hunt, kill and eat... ARE PROTECTED SPECIES...

Even if they aren't... I can't imagine there would be much interest in recipes for blubber and polar bear tougue.
