don't beat around the bush. if you really like her, determine first where you want this to lead to: do you want a relationship, or do you prefer to stay just friends but just like hanging around her. then nonchalantly ask her out to do something fun together in the afternoon and finish with a coffee. over coffee, be honest to her about what your intention is and ask her what she thinks about it. things will feel much better once that's sorted out.
