it=`s always good to have leftovers especially chicken if ur not vegetarian, they come in real handy. try making this salad it`s called a summer salad . just combine shredded lettuce, carrots. seedless grapes, cuxcumbers, diced pieces of apple, afew raisins and preferably chunks of grilled chicken breast add ur croutons a nd ur preferred choice of a healthy dressig. accompanty this with some good ol` biscuits or fresh out of the oven cornbread. it tastes really good and it`s not fattening.as to the proportions u use as much as u think u need .i know u`ll enjoy this supper and oh just let it slide down gently with a beverage of ur choice if ur on the calorie watching side of life u can never go wrong with water. cheerios and have a yummy supper yeah mon!
