I am a builder and I am trying to design a more appealing home that offers more of what people are looking for.

12 x 15 or the size a a regular bedroom, evrything whirlpool bath, double sinks glass shower seperate toilet

It should be large enough that 2 people can be in there at the same time and have ample room. Need 2 sinks/vanities (his/hers); a whirlpool bath; a separate area for the toilet with it's own door (like a small closet); and a shower, preferably separate from the whirlpool bath. And a decent sized linen closet.

something that epresses you and and a size that you think that it should be if i was you at least 1/2 the size f a teens bdroom
