well i can't teach because that would be kinda hard over the internet and i don't know enough spanish but i would suggest doing all the following in english- t.v. as many english classes as possible, reading, and talking in english every chance you get- i know learning another language is hard, i tried to learn spanish more than once

I would love to learn Spanish. I know a little bit, I think I could teach you. I know a little bit of Spanish, Italian, and Polish. Although right now I am learning Japenese. But sure I wouldn't mind teaching you! :-D

I can help you learn English because I am an American citizen but I am hispanic and grew up talking both languages. If you do not know English, who typed the question for you and what do you want to know.

Some colleges teach English as a second language "free." Check for the "Adult Literacy Foundation" in your area. Volunteers are ready to help you. Call your local community college for help.
