Say hi and introduce yourself. DO NOT STARE AT breasts, butt or legs. Look her in the EYES! Try to make a conversation relevent to where you're at or what you're doing. If you see a woman at the movies you want to talk to, talk about the movie you're gonna see or did see...if you see a woman at the grocery store in the baking aisle, you could say "Excuse me, can you help me? I need to get some baking chocolate for my mom, and I'm clueless!!" Or something like that. If the girl is AT ALL interested in you, you'll know. But don't give her any of the lame pick-up lines! :) Some girls don't see the humor in that.

Be kind, but don't be kissing her @ss either. Complement her on something she's wearing (tasteful, you don't want to be saying 'I love that color of that thong that is showing from your jeans') :) Talk slow, sweetly, and look her in the eyes if you are really interested in her.
Don't try to make yourself look good by exaggeration or by being dishonest. Most girls can tell if you are just full of BS or not. Say enough to get her interested in you but don't tell her everything about you because she needs to want to learn more about you. Make her want you! (that's part of all the fun of it)
Don't be talking negative about girls in general or about an ex with the first time you talk to her. If she askes you, just say "I would rather discuss that another time, if that's alright." that way it doesn't look like you are still stuck on your ex or still hurting from something that happened 2 years ago.
What is nice is if a guy introduces himself to you, shakes your hand and looks you in the eyes and says that it's a pleasure to meet you. (and stop staring at her **** if they are nice, perky and RIGHT THERE... you can glance and gawk at them when she's not looking! LOL) ;)
If you are at a club, ask her to dance to a slower song, talk softly to her, let her know that you are interested in her.
After talking and you are still interested in her, write down your phone number and give her your email address and tell her that there is no pressure and if she would like to contact you, she can.

Don't lie for any reason, even to impress.
Do be funny & make jokes that are not derogatory (well that depends on the sort of girl she is).
Don't be selfish with her time, let her have a chance to speak when she wants to, or leave when she has to go.
Don't do things you normally wouldn't do under normal circumstances.
Do be yourself. Better you know she likes you the way you are, than you know she likes what isn't really there.
Don't be jealous over her talking to other guys, or if she seems to like another guy, she's not your property.

I just do nothing, because I never reject a guy who i never met and who happen to impress me, but since his talking to me, I might as well talk and get to know him.. and maybe one day or a few months and weeks, I might liked him and his soon to bound to love me, now that what i call love.. =)
but the things I dislike of a guy is when he think he understand when he didn't really understand a word i just said, and the other thing is when i mention to him" what you want to do" he simple replies" up to you"?

see a girl doesnt like to talk to a totally unknown person since she thinks of him as a mavaali even though he is dressed good she thinks that this guy is a big flirto and doesnt seem to be interested even to talk to him
ok so star with a friend of a girl who is ur friend .
if u hav met them b4 she will not mind talkin to u
and please dnt start flirtin the day u meet her or she'll think wrong .

I will just say that do not talk to much in front of me as i like guy who slowly become my friends n then try to impress me .try to impress me too much before become a friend most probably that guy will get a tight slap as a gift from me
