aparently, it is bad for your stomach if you drink too much of it as it is very acidic. Too much vitamin C also has a detrimental effect, not sure what, but you have to have alot and i mean alot to have any adverse reaction.

It depends on what the definition of "too much" is. Excessive intake of Vitamin C will cause mild diarrhoea. The acid level can also cause damage to stomach lining.

Having said that, this also depends on whether u re drinking with an empty stomach, or after meals, etc.

Perhaps you can mix your OJ with other fruit juices, e.g. apples, pears, or even carrots. It's a fad these days.

I think like the old saying goes - too much of a good thing is bad for you'. And yes I think because it is so acidic it can damage the enamel on your teeth - also it doesn't matter how many glasses you drink, it's only ever counted as 1 portion of the recommended daily amount of fruit and veg.

Fresh? I presume you mean freshly squeezed not carton? Carton juice is high in sugar, freshly squeezed is better has natural fruit sugar. But apart from the acidity it should be ok.

It is not bad. Just depends on whether your body can tolerate all the acid. If I drink more than one cup, I get canker sores inside my mouth.

It's bad to drink it all. It takes about six hours for your body to come back from the shock of it.
