The French defense ministry on Saturday called for an internal investigation of the leak of an intelligence document that raises the possibility that Osama bin Laden may have died of typhoid in Pakistan a month ago but said the report of the death remained unverified.

I think it is a bogus report just to keep Osama's name in the lime light. We could not get so lucky to find him dead.

I read that article, too. Supposedly he died of Typhoid. I doubt very much that it's true, but I'll keep an open mind. The French are set to do an investigation, so we'll see.

Osama may be dead. But terrorism definitely isn't.

The news did NOT say he was dead. There are repoerts he died but nothing to confirm or deny this. I don't believe it till I get confirming info.
