Yes your T-Mobil will work here, Just be aware that due to the mountain range on Oahu there are some areas that there are no service conection and for the Big Island since some towns are seperated by miles of open space there may be no service conection.

If you go to T-Mobile website you can see coverage area for Hawaiian Islands. I use T-Mobile, have not been on Oahu other than airport, but my phone works fine elsewhere.
