World population growth rate in recent times is about 2% per year. Practicable application of growth rate throughout human history would be about half that number. Wars, disease, famine, etc. have wiped out approximately one third of the population on average every 82 years. Starting with eight people, and applying these growth rates since the Flood of Noah's day (about 4500 years ago) would give a total human population at just under six billion people. However, application on an evolutionary time scale runs into major difficulties. Starting with one "couple" just 41,000 years ago would give us a total population of 2 x 1089. 9The universe does not have space to hold so many bodies.

Ok.. let me get this straight. The Word of God says we were created with Human bodies that are designed to live forever. Science has recently proven that if we were to learn something new every second, we would take well over 3 millions years to exhaust the memory capacity of our "post flood" brains. (Pre-flood brains were 3 times larger) On the other hand... Evolutionists say things evolve after there is

Here is the real problem, with all due respect. If you use the biblical dates and common growth rate you would have had a population of around 2,000 people at the time of the pyramids. Even if egypt had half of those people, which is almost impossible, they would not have been able to build the great structures.

I'm not saying that creation could not have happened, but your formula is illogical. Populations are volitile. The black death, wars, advances in agriculture, expansion and other factors have made the population go up and down.

I Believe that God created us, but your argument on population growth is weak.

Evolution does not claim that population started with one couple. Infact if evolution is natural, then there must have been many monkeys who would have involved in many Humans.

God killed the living entities on land by flood, but the Fishes in the sea would not be killed by flood. so according to your argument the fishes should have over-flooded ?

God is not only the creator but the maintainer and Destroyer too.
He keeps the population under control in his own way.
your Growth rate calculation is based on samples from recent history, and you have assumed that the same growth rate apply from the starting of the Mankind. This assumption has no basis.

It's a good question and I may have to get my calculator out, but let me ask you this: Do you really think that only eight people would survive a global flood? I mean, was Noah the only one with a boat. Must've been a damn big boat, too, to fit all those animals in. Plus he must've had to travel all over the world to get two of each species. Maybe he had santa claus to help him?

Uhh...Proof about post-Flood brains? >Sigh< I'm getting tired of this game, kiddo. So I'm going to put a twist to this...Okay, 6000 years ago, the civilization of Sumer was thriving. 4500 years ago, no one talked about a recent flood. People were still alive. But if you insist...The Gods made us all, then. Your god is an usurper of the Rightous Ones, an Ancient One who want's nothing more than our blood and souls. How d'you like that? :D

because the mortality rate was much higher up until about 400 years ago. You put more faith in a website trying to push religion than unrefutable facts and simple math. Your question is bunk, and your math is unscientific. Evolution is a fact. The story of creation is a myth. Get over it.

By the way, I saw the article from which you pasted.
Look at THIS article, and re-evaluate "your" conclusion...

Okay, I think I understand your question. You want to know if God should plan more universal floods or more wars in order to keep the population under control, right? I'm in favor of floods. Wars are costly and inefficient. ;-)

christianity is right, your false interpretation of god is fickle, for ex:
.Your god is a conditional lover, but the God of christianity, the one true God is a unconditional lover, and he loves everyone that he created, and those who are in hell he is rightfully punishing, for he is not a malleable, persuadable,or an corrupt judge, so how can you worship a unloving god, who commands his followers to kill infidels by the sword, and hates those who won't follow him, infact if the true God hated anybody, then those people would be in trouble, but in reality he loves anyone, but surely doesn't let sin go unpunished, but he lovingly gave his only begotten son, that whoever believes in him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life(salvation)

.also historically the hebrew bible came before the koran, and in genesis(in any bible and translation) that God said these words.........
Genesis 1:26-27
26Then God said, "Let us make people in our image, to be like ourselves. They will be masters over all life--the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the livestock, wild animals, and small animals."

27
So God created people in his own image;
God patterned them after himself;
male and female he created them.

Now why did he said(let us), well check out the amp. bible translation(it's not a deranged version of the bible, but has footnotes in it)

26God said, Let Us [Father, Son, and Holy Spirit] make mankind in Our image, after Our likeness, and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the [tame] beasts, and over all of the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth.

so the above proves the koran wrong, and also I have proved that the God of christianity(and messianic judaism(in which you follow Jesus, but still follow Jewish law and holidays)) is true, and that allah is stands for in acronym form A.Low.Life.@$$.Hole. not to be radical, but it's prove, he's fake, nonexistant, for God loves you
, and he will always love his people, (Passage Romans 10:9-10:):

9that if you shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in your heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, you shalt be saved.

10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Note: God is not 3 gods in one, but is one supreme being, for an ex: this analogy should help, just as an 3-D objects is classified 3-D for having height-width-and depth, so is the same with the Lord, except it's the father, the son, and the holy Ghost/spirit, for none of them is over the other either, they are in perfect agreement with each other, and God is still perfect, because he just is, it's not necessary to know all about him, for if we knew everything about him, or if he showed himself to people today, then we wouldn't need faith, just loyalty, and would be very dependent on him, but if we didn't get enough info, and guidance, and for ex:the bible stories happened in modern times, we would lose/have no faith in him

Genesis 3:22-24
22And the Lord God said, Behold, the man has become like one of Us [the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit], to know [how to distinguish between] good and evil and blessing and calamity; and now, lest he put forth his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever--

23Therefore the Lord God sent him forth from the Garden of Eden to till the ground from which he was taken.

24So [God] drove out the man; and He placed at the east of the Garden of Eden the cherubim and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep and guard the way to the tree of life.

During the tower of babel:

Genesis 11:1-10

1And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.

2And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar, and they dwelt there.

3And they said one to another, "Come, let us make bricks and burn them thoroughly." And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for mortar.

4And they said, "Come, let us build us a city and a tower whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth."

5And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower which the children of men built.

6And the LORD said, "Behold, the people are one and they have all one language, and this they begin to do; and now nothing will be withheld from them which they have imagined to do.

7Come, let Us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech."

8So the LORD scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth; and they left off building the city.

9Therefore is the name of it called Babel [that is, Confusion], because the LORD did there confound the language of all the earth; and from thence did the LORD scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth.
