how many really, really know that a cigarette contains 18 carcogenic chemicals, and even one chemical out of 18 can start a chain of cancers in any part of the body? thanks.

I do my mom died almost 9 years ago from lung cancer related to smoking.

How long ago did YOU quit smoking? Probably 6 months. The only thing worse than a reformed prostitute is a reformed smoker. Since you brought it up, there are more than 18 carcinogenic chemicals in cigarettes.

I knew that....but I believe the figure is 56 not 18 as per an ad on MTV couple of years back....

i have smoked since 15 yr old i'm 60 now and you just scared me too death i will stop immideately !!!-------------------cant you non smokers give us a break we are not hurting you get a life , if i have been smoking that long and it hasent hurt me how can smoking one sigarett in your presence possibly do you any harm
