Hi all,
as probaly many of you I think I have a little prob: I often need to wake up very early without disturbing my sons and my wife (which has the same prob as well).
As far as you know is these any sort of wrist vibration alarm clock or similar method which prevents from waking up the rest of the family?
Thanks for your help!
Paolo

you can get Vibration based wrist watch ,it would just suit you ,or you can keep your mobile on vibe & fix the alarm & then keep it under your pillow but the best thing would be to imagine clock arms at the designated morning alarm & directing your Mind to make you wake at that time , IT really works that would solve all your problems!!

If your cell phone has an alarm clock feature, then put it on vibrate. If not, you can also put it on vibrate and set up a SecureAwake call from http://snoozester.com

my husband and I wake up at 2 different times. He is up first and has the loudest alaram cause he doesn't hear well. I guess I have just tuned the noise out cause I don't hear it anymore. Only time I do hear it is when he doesn't and sleeps thru it. So both of you keep one on each side of the bed. Just turn it off quick. She will tune it out unless you dont turn it off. PS> you sound mighty sweet to not want to wake others up. Lost of folk aren't quite that considerate. We keep a small flashlight so we don't have to turn lights on around the sleeper. m
