what will you do if you saw a poor hard-working vendor of Ice cream that works all day to earn money and never noticed his wallet fell on the ground.He is your neighborhood and he was good to you and you also know that he only a poor like you and your family.Then you remember your mother got sick so badly she needs to take to the hospital but you have no money and your father had no job by now.What will you do?take the wallet or return it?

Of course I will let the poor man know that his wallet fell down the street.. For my mom, I will find a way for me to have money for that..
It's like saying, DO NOT DO UNTO OTHERS WHAT YOU DON'T WANT OTHERS DO UNTO YOU..

I would return the wallet, there is help out there for your mother the hospital social worker will help if mom is sick and there is no income coming in

absolutely return it the wallet is not yours. Good things happen to good people. It's never right to take anything especially when you know who's it is. your mother will be taken care of through HMO or private insurance. Return the wallet, it's the right thing to do.

I've always returned every wallet/purse/bag I have found & when I lost mine I got it back without anything missing out of it.

interesting question i will return it although it will be very difficult to decide when urs dear ones are dying because of lack of money but what if you keep money but that money cannot save life of urs dear ones...Giving life or death to someone is not in our hand we cannot stop someone from dying but our action of honesty can change the mind of our creator Allah
