Fiumicino is a little more far away but is a better airport and transportation to rome is easier. Pick this one.

FIUMICINO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT ( Leonardo DaVinci) is what the locals call the airport, is very close. People are very helpful and transportation is easy just don't watch while they are driving.
Have a great adventure!
