I was very sceptical when someone told me about buying kelp supplements for my hair to improve its condition and maybe increase the length. Subsequently I've been taking 2 tablets a day for 6 months. Even my hairdresser asked me what I was doing to my hair because she noticed a drastic improvement in its condition. Since taking kelp I have also seen improvements in my skin and nails. I have not changed anything else in my life such as diet or hair regimes, so I'm assuming that it must have something to do with the iodine with the kelp!!

B6, biotin, inositol and folic acid; and the minerals magnesium, sulfur and zinc. The B vitamins, especially B5 (pantothenic acid and B3 (niacin), are especially important for hair growth.

You can get Vitamin E capsules which are excellent for the skin as well and then empty them into any kind of gel. Petroleum gel works wonderfully and like i said before, it does wonderfully for the skin as well
