1. Production of any goods and services needs 4 basic inputs - Land-Capital-labour and entrepreneurship. Without labour no productive/ economic activity can take place.
2. Technical and scientific advancement has resulted in transfer of most repetitive jobs from human labour to programmed machines. however, this only implies that labour is now being utilised to do more complex jobs, which machines are not in a position to do just now.
3. Every single activity that is being undertaken in this universe has a human need satisfaction angle. Going to moon also falls in to this category. Man has gone to moon to satisfy his ego, and to find newer real estate to colonise. Ego satisfaction is a legitimate human activity. This rule applies to everything - defence - sports et al. The more labour earns the more he spends. Thus economic growth is impossible without labour and his labour. In reality labour is the centre of all economic activity.
4. The other factors production have a built in labour angle/ content. Landowner is a labourer; the same applying to capital, and entrepreneurship.
5. Human angle of labour cannot be overlooked. Other factors of production are heartless. Shylocks. If wealth created is not for the satisfaction of man - then for whose satisfaction - of the devil . No - all for man.

There are far more workers than rich people and capitalists. They are the ones who actually make things and make things work. If the government is a democracy, working class voters can determine who wins in the elections.

YA, THE WORKERS ARE SO IMPORTANT THAT THEY ARE THE PERSONS WHO HAVE TO IMPLEMENT THE IDEAS RISED BY THE HIGHER AUTHORITIES. IF THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON TO WORK BUT HAVING LOTS OF IDEAS, IT TAKES LONG TIME TO COMPLETE.SHARING OF A WORK BY MANY PEOPLE SAVES MORE TIME.LARGER THE NUBER OF WORKERS, FASTER WOULD BE THE SUCCESS(RESULT)
