Praveen that is a big question with a lot of parameters but to put it simply try to follow the following thing to reduce tension.
1: Stay away from the source of the tension. If it is at work or home try to take some time out and think the worry out.
2: Try meditation and yoga. If that is too much try deep controlled breathing. Take deep breaths in and out as slowly as you can and at a constant pace for a few minutes.
3: Try a aroma massage to reduce the physical effects of tension.
4: try diversionary tactics by occupying your mind in something that you like doing like music or exercise.
What can relieve tension is very specific from, person to person and situation to situation but remember your tension is NOT going to change the outcome of anything or help the situation in any way. You can do your best only if you are free from the tension , so relax and take it cool
