It's hard to say without knowing exactly how the colors are weird. Some cameras have the ability to shift and change colors. For example, my Canon A700 can be set so that it only shows the color on red or yellow objects. You might have an odd setting in your camera.

When you took the photos was the camera in the right settings? Also you will experience colour differences if you don't have Photoshop calibrated with your monitor.You should check to see if you have Adobe gamma running.You can also alter the monitor gamma via Photoshop preferences. Good luck!

You paid funds for Adobe Photoshop application...and you will't even do a undemanding shade transition with layers....... ....Hmmmm...perhaps you have unlawful application?..... ....maaaannnn...you're in lots hassle..

its because of the different color tables.
to fix the problem try to ust levels or auto level.
ctrl+l or Ctrl+shift+l .
this will fix the colors.

well it all depends what format the image is eg. jpeg, png etc some of them open in index colour mode go to image>mode and see what mode its in you want it to be rgb colour for more info email me
