Some international courier companies use people to fly shipments around the world. Usually they won't let you take any baggage (other than carry on) because the baggage allotment is what they'll use to move the courier shipments, but they'll either allow you to fly for free or at a portion of the ticket price. Your chances of finding something like this are best in a large city (ie: New York). It's all legal and legit, courier companies do it because passenger baggage is taken off a plane long before cargo so they can transport shipments a lot faster.

Book cheap flights - plenty of travel agents and budget airlines to choose from. Alternatively, fly as a courier. Think about interrail ticket for Greece. Stay in youth hostels. Cook your own food rather tahn eating out. Make use of travel cards and travel passes in the country you are visiting.

Egypt and Greece are far from each other but check the airlines booking price and choose they usualy give a discount if you book online

Once you are in europe, there is an airline that is very cheap to fly places, it is ryanair.com . I have used it several times to go all over. And if not that one, easyjet.com is another. Hope this helps!

try and get a cheap flight then book a hostel if u could deal with slumming it for a bit!
