try opening msconfig with the start/ run. click on the startup tab and uncheck whatever program that "rundll32c:\program~1\mywebs~\b" is trying to run...webshots? not sure it looks like windows is trying to launch a program that is no longer there. if you go into msconfig you can tell windows to stop trying. or you could reinstall that program, whatever it may be, and uninstall it properly with add/remove programs.

Well, Rundll32 is the caution of Corruption of your Windows Operating System. When you install regsweep or any such registry editing software.... it's removes many registry entries from your system when it thought those are not safe... if you try to open such files later.. you will be warned that there is an error while opening the file... That's why don't go for such registry fixer/editor softwares that too trail versions.
If you don't want to loose any of your files/operating system files ...
1. Back-up / save all your work files which were saved in your operating system installed drive to other disk partition and Re-Install OS again.

2. There are very power full Disk imaging/Mirror software available in market now-a-days.. Ex:- Unistall, Restore-It etc.,
Install one of such software immediately.

Note: Unistall 's performance is very good in my experience. I never lost a single file yet.. There is no errors opening my files .. or there are no Blue-Screen OS errors too.
Once you decide to Install these softwares... don't forget to assign the equivalent sized disk partition to assign for your auto backup. And don't forget to make Rescue-Disk.

Work Relax in Error-free environment ....

Have you tried searching for that .dll file on the Internet? Some sites document Microsoft & 3rd party .dll files.

I answered a question on this site about removing a program that RUNDLL32.exe runs when Windows starts. I don't want to type everything in again, so do this:
Click my name and go through my answers. On page 2, there is a question by GraCey G, entitled, "Rundll error loading..."

The problem is due to the missing of Run32.dll file which will be residing in the operating system, for this you need to either reinstall the operating system( best solution) or you can restore the particular file.
