I am currently still living with my ex because we still have a 1 year lease left on our apartment she is currecly dating someone new and I want to be friends with her it is hard because she keeps all her feelings and thoughts to herself. Some days she does not come home at all she either stays at her mom or at the girlfriends house..I need help I need to now what i should do?

It takes the effort of two folks for friendship and it sounds as though you are willing and the other isn't. Not much you can do except live your life, remember you are a good, worthwhile, valuable person, and avoid being difficult. Maybe she'll come around and maybe she won't but it won't be because of anything you are, do, or say.

You are better off moving out. Just pay up your part of the lease, pack your things and leave. You can only be friends again when you give each other the space and time needed to heal all hurt and wounds... Trust me it's the only way... You don't want to end up hating each other right now do you???

The day that lease is up, move out. The ex shows no signs of wanting to be your friend.

why friends, she is you ex. look for a better version of hers,one year is very long ,make yourself happy
