No Sweety.... No Cure only treatment and management. Lots of research being done and several new treatment protacols.
It's best to talk over your options with your doctor.
For yourself I would suggest you get to know your disease. Be pro-active in your treatment and management. Research all the facts. Anything is easier to deal with if you have ALL the facts.

If your Hepatitis B is active (meaning your liver enzymes are high and your have a lot of viral copies, usually greater than several hundered thousand to a million) then there are medications that you can take. The anmes of the meds are Baraclude, lamivudine, Hepsera, and interferon. All are pills except the interferon which is a shot. There is one other medication that is an HIV med that works against Hep B also which is Truvada. Usually you can get your Hepatitis B into an inactive carrier state with the medications. I have only seen one person that was "cured" meaning that after many years of treatment his Hepatitis B surface antigen became negative. It is extremely rare and probably unlikely.

If you are currently in the inactive carrier state, then you should be watched by your doctor (you should be seeeing a Hepatologist.) The medications don't work until you Hep B becomes active, so you will not be prescribed these meds if you are inactive.

# 1 it is not deadly
# 2 are you just a carrier i.e. HBsAg +ve or having a disease too like chronic hepatitis?
# 3 there are antiviral medications that MAY treat the disease & prevent its progression to chroniv hepatitis, check with your doctor.
NOW:
2 % of population are hep B carriers
10 % of those 2 % will develop chronic hepatitis.
50 % of those 10 % will develop liver cirrhosis

Pick up a copy of Dr Whitaker's Guide to Natural Healing. In it Dr Whitaker tells of a case where a doctor succeeded in 'curing' his hepatitis using naturopathic means. You should read the article; it is full of important details, and to summarize it would risk missing or skipping some of the important things.
Good luck!

Pegasys (pegylated interferon with ribavirin ) is also approved for treatment of hep b. We have several people in our support group that have responded to the treatment for hep b. Good luck.
