If you had them, you would be able to tell. The pain and itch are very annoying. No they don't make you feel like you need to go.

You would definitely know if you had them!!!! Seriously!!!! And they don't ever go away, I mean they will keep coming back. I'm not sure why we get them, I think its from not going to the loo properly, a not so good diet and a few to many social drinks.. .
I'd say if the cream (the best invention ever in my opinion!!) is easing them i.e stops the burning, itching and heavy painful sensation after you go the loo - then my friend you have 'farmers' (farmer Giles = piles!!).
If you go the loo properly and DON'T rush and eat well/healthily then they go away, but they will be back if you don't keep an eye on what you drink and eat....... well that's what I have found with my farmers anyway..... I know what you mean about wanting the loo all the time too - oh you poor thing.......
My advise is to make sure you ALWAYS have abundances of the magic cream in stock......you'll regret it if the farmers catch you unaware - Believe!!!
If they get really bad i.e the magic cream is not working, then go to your doctor. There is an operation that you can have to get them removed, but as with the farmers, I don't think this is pleasant..... Good Luck!!!!

I think that if you had haemorrhoid's you would know it! It is a bit like having a bunch of raspberries around your anus. They itch like mad and are painful.
I think that you would be better off by paying your doctor a visit and asking him/her what the problem is.
Sounds to me a bit more like 'irritable bowel syndrome' - but I'm not a doctor! Go and see one and make sure.

hemorrhoids can be described as masses or clumps (“cushions”) of tissue within the anal canal that contain blood vessels and their surrounding, supporting tissue made up of muscle and elastic fibers.
Although most people think hemorrhoids are abnormal, they are present in everyone. It is only when the hemorrhoids cushions enlarge that hemorrhoids can cause problems and be considered abnormal or a disease.
The cream you mentions will NOT get rid of your problem. It may, however, ease the symptoms. If you are having serious issues, such as prolonged bleeding and the tissue will not recede back into your rectum, it is time to consult a doctor, most preferably a proctologist.
Good luck, dear one.

Vincent,
Your best bet is to buy some preperation H suppositories. After using these for about 3 to 4 days you should start to feel alot better. Follow the directions on the package. If you get no relief you need to go to your Doctor. Yes you do feel as if you need to go the bathroom.

Itching, or pain around the anus are two signs. If you are passing blood when you move your bowels then you may have haemorroids. They can either be inside the rectum or around the anus. If you are unsure, then see your GP. The creams wont get rid of them, they will only shrink them and relieve the symptoms. The doctor would be able to remove them if they are particularly troublesome. This involves putting rubber bands round them to cut off the blood supply.

The most common causes of hemorrhoids are straining during bowel movements and obesity. Follow these essential hemorrhoid prevention tips and you may not even have to delve into any hemorrhoid treatments https://tr.im/bnZYF
If you’re straining during bowel movements, there is no doubt that you are suffering from constipation, and obesity only heightens your chance of experiencing these digestive issues. The best solution for hemorrhoids is to not have them at all!

Having had them myself I can sympathise but your symptoms sound a bit strange so you should seriuosly consider seeing a doctor if your symptoms persist. Sitting for long periods doesn't help so if you can try to avoid this. Good luck!
