if you have both ovaries removed then the only way to fall pregnant would be through artificial insemination....you would need a donor egg......
if only one ovary was removed then the other ovary would still be functioning and you could fall pregnant naturally....however you would only ovulate every second month......so it would take alot of monitoring and lots of practice (sex)

No ovaries no egg=no child but artificial methods are available.
