When two people have full houses, the hand with the highest 3 of a kind wins. In this case, the Jacks full of Nines beats the Fours full of Kings.

Jacks win! It a number deal. The highest card wins. Three of a kind beat a pair, or two pair. There only 2 Kings in the house and the three fours are high (Three of a kind beat Pairs)! The other is a Three of a kind (Jacks beat fours) leading the pair, so, it wins! Remember three of a kind beat a pair, when you have a full house or also called a "Boat" the three cards are your high cards, the pair (Kings) make the Boat Float! ;-)

3 jacks 2- 9's....because jacks are higher than 4's
both are full houses.....but the jacks hand scores a higher full house
in a FH which ever 3-o-kind is highest cuz 3-o-kind is better than the pair

The three of a kind is the part of the hand that it's ranked by. Three jacks beets three fours.
