The belts in the adult sizes seem to be either 280cm or 320cm. What size waists do these suit? How do i tie the belt with my suit on?

I'm a 34" or so waist, so should i go with the 320cm one to be safe? I'm trying to lose weight so i guess I won't lose much money as they're only a few pounds.

it depends on how many times you want to wrap it around. The longer belt (over 3m long) is for big lads/lasses. 280cm would be the best option for most girls (& adults).

A size 280 will fit a 30 inch waist very nicely.

My son is 5 and the 280cm goes round him 3 times! Hope this helps! To tie the belt you wrap it round then do a cross over and put one bit under the others and then do a knot again. Sounds complicated but is easy. Ask your instructor.

The length and width depend on two things..... The size of child for length and country for width (or specific style). Again depends on origin on material of the belts, typically we see cotton here.
