i saw it on an animal planet episode a few years ago and thought they called it a King Tzi but have not been able to find any related info. I believe the dog originated in China

this dog is very small and its body has short hair on it. The long hair is only on the tail and framing its face. Truly this dog looked like a miniature lion in every way. It was featured on an animal planet program a few years ago. I thought they called it a King Tzi but I haven't found any related info on this. I believe the breed originated in China and it is supposed to be considered very rare.

Was it this?: http://www.akc.org/breeds/lowchen/index.cfm
Or this is another breed they give that cut to sometimes: http://www.akc.org/breeds/portuguese_water_dog/index.cfm &http://www.dogsigns.com/categories/Portuguese_Wtr_Dog_lion_cut/

Maybe it was a Shih Tzu with a lion cut -something groomers can do?
