Not a twin turbo, but the actual turbo/rotary configuration.

I would like to know the actual car, I don't know what year, but it had a turbo - rotary engine. Was it the first generation mazda in the 1980's and what year and modelwas it. In fact any model with a twin turbo - rotary engine.

what year are you talking about? if its not twin turbo then u must be thinking of the 2nd gen (86-91) turbos.
86-88: 86-88 Turbo = 182 @ 6500 RPM w/ 183 Ft/lb @ 3500 RPM

89-91: 89-91 Turbo = 200-202 @ 6500 RPM w/ 196 Ft/lb @ 3500 RPM
