You had better use Total Video Conveter which convert all video files to 3gp,mp4,psp,swf,flv,DVD,VCD etc with 3-4times smaller size then the original .

What is your goal? Maybe you are going at it the hard way? This conversion is done automatically with programs that make 'movie disks' or 'slideshow movies' (where clips play one after another)
Programs I use: Nero, Roxio EZ Media Creator, WinDVD, Windows Movie Maker.... and there are more.

dvdsanta turns mpeg or avi to dvd and burns it for you i got hacked version off limewire.
it will play on any dvd.
