What should I wear in marriage functions in Nov & Dec ?

I need to attend marriage of 2 of mine close friends on Nov & Dec. I m planing for Light shade suit , dark silky shirt with jeans in Nov event and classic fitting light linen black suit in dec. Pls suggest. Also advice some good tailor in South Delhi.
