Read your question . I will answer your question. You did not ask if the eggs are still good. You asked if it is OK to have. YES ! You can have and egg for many years. There is no law to say you can not keep and egg for as long as you want.
Does anyone speak English ?

On the side on the carton will state the date the eggs should be either sold or used by. If the date is sold by then they should be used within 14 days from the sold date however if the date is used they must be used by that date. Bacteria is transmitted through eggs and chickens if not used or stored correctly. Is the risk of becoming extremly ill over a couple of dollars worth the risk when in doubt throw it out.

I would think that they are still good since you have kept them cold
I have kept eggs refrigerated a month or more and never had a problem with them going bad. When you do use them be sure to brake them in a bowl one at the time to see if they are still good

you can tell if a egg is all right by sitting them in a bowl of cold water, if they float to the top they are off. if they sit on the buttom they good to eat.

Yes I'm sure that they are fine. If your still concerned check for an expiration date on the carton

i would say no, you can catch alot of diseases from eggs, to check if they are fresh crack on open, consider
> the smell
>if the white is sticking to the yellow (if its not, then no good)
>the colour of the yolk (only bright yellow will do)

and with those things in mind, use your judgement

They should be fine as long as they've been refrigerated.
