you should be fine until you get preg. Those usually does NOT stop you from having a baby. Although when you find out that you are you should wait then have it ok by your doctor because I am high risk and I had ALOT of do's and don'ts! BEST WISHES

Do them until you get pregnant, and then wait until you're well into your second trimester and your doctor gives you the green light. In the meantime, tone your arms and shoulders!

up until your pregnant it is safe to exercise. during pregnancy it is advised that you still do gentle exercise such as swimming but as you have a history of misscarriage it is best to consult your doctor first.

try asking your doctor on this one.....personally, i wouldnt do the exercises like these ones....try walking instead or swimming..
