WTF Why does hamburger helper make it microwavable if it doesnt have the meat i mean whats the point?

It is suppose to have meat and it tells you to brown the meat what the hell i mean what reason does somebody have to microwave it if you have to brown the hamburger? Mise well cook it in the pan
