is defecated cofee any better than reglar?. i have been usin defecated an i'm slleping much better now. so are ther benifits haelthwize from being defecated or regular?

You won't catch me drinking defecated coffee - nor decaffeinated coffee for that matter! I prefer a nice strong espresso made with pure arabica beans!

Are your typos deliberate? Because you sure do need some spell check. There is no such word as 'bestest'. Defecated means having done the number 2 in the bathroom. Quit trying text on the computer. Our language has grown so advance and rich. Use it to the best of your knowledge.
Some people drink coffee not only for the caffeine, but also for the taste.
If you love the taste but don't rely on caffeine too much to get you through the day, then decaffeinated coffee will steer you clear of jitter and caffeine withdrawals.
I don't think caffeine is that bad for you. But that is subjective and different studies out there show some concern about overconsumption of caffeine in your diet.
Then again, too much of anything is bad for you. Moderation is key.

Well as far as instant coffee goes, GOLD BLEND is very very good.
I don't think I'd like defecated coffee though. It is better to use the toilet than a cup of coffee for that function! (Perhaps that's why some coffee tastes like poo.) !!!
Buy a dictionary before you bother about coffee.

Coming from a coffee addict.. It is all good, mixed with some hazel nut liquid creamer.. yumola!! Yes, it is possible decaf wil help you sleep better.. Suggestion, Do not drink it before your bedtime :)

The chemicals used to de-caf coffee are in themselves harmless (cancer in rats). Drink less coffee & maybe try Rooibus (Redbush) tea from my homeland South Africa.

Freshly ground coffee(perculated)no milk or sugar(ruins the taste)
our favorite is Gala no 1(dont know if you can get it in the UK)we live in Germany
