On 9 June, a 200 km/h velocity cyclone with 25 feet high tidal waves struck the coastal regions of Gujarat.
Area affected
:
2,400 villages in the districts of Jamnagar, Porbandar, Rajkot and Kutch. The worst affected region was the port town of Kandla.
Casualties
:
1280 people died.
Homeless
:
Hundreds and thousands of people were left homeless especially saltpan workers.
Damage
:
Property damage was reported to be worth more than Rs.25 billion.

i think there can be anytime if the weather there is bad

The chances of a cyclone in general 1 in 2.3 thousand, in one place is one in 4,000,000,000,000,000. so I dont know.
Unless you mean it as a metaphor for a politcal revolution...then your chances get relatively much higher!
