A fruit high in proteins? i dont think there is one rich in proteins, try beans and peas though, they aren't fruit but are rich in proteins. Also get this especial meat which has almost no fat, its called magra in spanish. fruits are also poor in vitamin D. but wait i just saw a page saying that certain vitamin D inhibits growth of prostate cancer.
