The orginal copy has to be signed by a judge, but they may have an officer outside a house waiting on it to be signed, so they may not even have a copy or merley a copy with no signiture.
But basicly if the police are there, you can tell them no, but if it is a legal warrant, they will come in anyway. After that, if it is illegal nothing they find could be used anyway.
Most bad guys would want it to be an illegal one, since then any evidence can't be used.

you need a judge's signature everywhere on a search warrant, however, if there is probable cause they can search without one.

no its not. anything they find and charge you w/. would be thrown out of court. or thrown out on appeals and you could file civil rights violation on the officers, dept,etc..
