i just got mearried and my husband is not yet fully legal iam thinking of joining the air force, if i get sent somewhere else can my husband come with me or do the same imigration laws apply to him.

if your spouse is in this country illegally, you will not be allowed to enlist period. If he is here legally, as a Green card holder, He may or may not get permission to go OCONUS. there is extra paperwork that he must do, as well as his Green card may not be due to expire before you are due to return to the States. His Home country may also play a role.

All US Immigration laws still apply, although there are provisions in place for applicants married to military personnel.

I'm not trying to be mean but you would have to show considerable improvement in your grammar before joining the Air Force....we do write a lot.

No your husband cannot come, talk with the airforce they have questions. And why isnt your husband legal yet? Arent you married?

The military will not allow you to be married to someone who is not at least 16 years of age. It is considered to be statuatory rape, as it is almost anywhere in the US (to my knowledge).
