I know this question has been asked before, but I looked through the answers and there weren't any that would be good for my team! I'm making a warm-up CD this weekend, but I can't really think of any good songs...most of the girls on my team are into rap. It has to be clean (or at least a song where you can't understand the 'bad words' they're saying, haha) because our coach will get mad. ALSO, any songs that are more funny like Spice Girls or whatnot...SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!! Thanks very much!

For the people not playing volleyball answering this question...or I guess just everyone lol, it's nice to have a good steady beat to warm up to because when you're doing approaches or hitting or anything really, the beat is great. That's why I'm asking for mostly rap songs instead of stuff like AC/DC or Guns N Roses!

for funny songs
you could do some "oldies" like chrisitna agulara britney spears, um or how bout Save a Horse Ride a Cowboy, that was on our track last year.

For everything else, just a mixture of stuff from Ludacris's new stuff(Moneymaker), some old songs but not a lot, like 3 6 mafia stay fly, Chris Brown's more upbeat songs, and to mix it up add a little pop that everyone likes ya know?
Our team mixes it up every few games so were not listening to the same songs every game. Just thought it'd give you a few ideas

Our team likes to warm up to songs like we Will Rock You or We are the champions to give out confidence. Try that. our team is undefeated so they work apparantly...lmao

breaking benjamins "diary of jane" is perfect... thats what my high school girls team warms up to... and make sure you find a gay song for the opposing team to warm up to, its hilarious for the fans.

i know that on my sisters C.D there were common rock songs which is much better than rap well neway we had girl fight, get it started, and other songs like that
