Sometimes it also depends on your cravings or health consideration.
Easy to cook are:
1. 2 minute instant noodles or ready mix pasta.
2. Peanut butter sandwiches
3. French toast. (mix egg, sugar and salt(pinch), fry in non stick pan with little oil.
4. Pancakes using ready mix. Eat with maple syrup of honey.
5. Melted cheese on toast. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on a slice of bread, put in snack toaster. Fun to see cheese melt and balloon.
Buy in advance.

2. chocolate cookies
3. Instant oats/cereal in milk
4. Yogurt with cut fruits
5. Fruits

Deviled eggs
Celery stuffed with nut butters.....Trader Joe's has a good selection of different types of nut butter, i.e. cashew butter, peanut butter, almond butter, etc.
Triscuit crackers with a thick slice of cheese (from a block of cheese, not the pre-sliced stuff) with a dollop of mayonnaise on top
