When spelled "ocularectomy," it is something known as a Google-whack.

This is a game where you try to come up with a word that will return ONLY ONE item on a Google search. It needs some imagination because if your word is total nonsense you won't get any returns and if it at all common, you'll get a handful.

In short: there is no such word. The correct word for what this SHOULD mean (removal of the eye) is "enucleation."
