If you are very physically attracted to a woman, and you like her alot, how long are you willing to wait for sex, if she keeps stressing, that she is not into casual dating and is looking for a potential husband to give up the goods to? Would you be good for just a close friendship until she's ready? or would you bounce?

Believe it or not there are still gentlemen in this world. I gave my wife a month before I jumped her bones, and that was at the request of a friend of hers that told me "respect has its limits :)"
Different for everybody, but I do enjoy making out within the first few dates. Just getting down someones pants ain't all its cracked up to be, not the be all to end all if you catch my drift. I like to get to know someone first, and can't stand being shallow or only interested in one thing when I'm with a girl.

If the guy is shallow and he meets the real thing, quality as in Annette Bening, and he presses the issue, she will dump him because he is a one note jerk. "Older" men have been through the mill and around the block enough times to know you give up the adolescent boy "How many times did you score last night homeboy?" lingo. After a certain age emotional maturity is expected and a woman who has concrete ideas is not going to throw it away on a one night stand. It all depends upon what each of the participants are looking for. After all, birds do it, bees do it, even overeducated fleas do it, so let's do it (after we are married).

You have already answered your own question. She has made it clear that she will only consider an intimate relationship with someone who is willing to give her commitment and eventual marriage in return. Are you willing to be the guy who gives her that? If not, do her a favour and let her find someone who will.

Bouncing won't help. It will end the relationship any way. So either wait or cajole her to open her kitty.

I waited a year, I thought being friends first was the way.
In the end she cheated on me after 7 years.

If I felt like she could be the one, I'd be willing to wait a few weeks.
